For a refund to be accepted, your item must be in the original condition, i.e. not worn, with tags and packaging intact. The receipt or evidence of purchase must be provided as well.
Kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to apply for a return. If your return application is approved, the package must be sent back to us via a trackable shipping agency. Kindly note that all return expenses will be covered by you. Please note that we would not be accepting any items for return that have not gone through the application process.

Exchanges and Refunds
If your return application is approved, exchanges can only be made with our Ready-to-Wear pieces and accessories if there are damages, which would have to be communicated once you receive the order, or if there are any noticeable errors.
Kindly confirm size, color and style before proceeding to check out. Sizes can be confirmed via our size chart (size chart link).
Should you prefer a refund, you will receive a full refund for the item exclusive of shipping costs. All refunds would be made to the original paying method and would take 14 working days after the item has been received by us.
